One of the best ways to protect your child against diseases like measles, rubella, tetanus and meningitis is through immunisations. As well as protecting your own child, you’re also protecting others by preventing the spread of disease.
Appointments can be made with our Practice Nurses, this can be done 24-7 online by submitting an admin enquiry, a member of our team will then get back to you during normal surgery hours. You can also call our Care Navigation team on 01507 463262 option 3.
Please remember to bring along your child’s Personal Child Health Book (red book) to the appointment.
Further information on childhood vaccinations can be found here – NHS vaccinations and when to have them – NHS
We understand that as a parent/carer you may have some questions prior to booking your child’s immunisations, our Practice Nurses are happy to discuss any queries or concerns with you. Please either submit an admin enquiry online or contact our Care Navigation team on 01507 463262 option 3 and an appointment will be arranged with one of our Practice Nurses, this appointment can be face to face or via telephone call.
You can also discuss any queries with your nominated Health Visitor.
