If you are off work for 7 days in a row or less, you do not need to give your employer a fit note.
If you need more than 7 days off work please speak with a member of our reception team or submit a request via our online system.
Fit notes are free if you have been ill or injured for 7 days in a row or more. If you request a fit note sooner from your doctor you may be charged a fee.
