AskMyGp service changes from 4th May 2021.
AskMyGp is available between 8am – 12 noon Monday to Friday for all patient requests
After 12 please only contact us by phone if you have an urgent problem that cannot wait until the next working day
We do ask that you utilise other services where appropriate and these include your local pharmacy, NHS choices, steps to change for counselling and talking therapies or 111 for urgent problems.
To keep the telephone line waiting times down, we urge as many patients as possible to talk to us online using AskMyGP this also means the phone lines are kept free for patients who do not have internet access or who are more vulnerable.
For test results please use AskMyGp between 8am – 12 noon or call our medical secretaries between 2pm – 4pm by selecting option 5 on the phone.
For medication enquiries please use AskyMyGp between 8am – 12 noon or call between 1pm – 5pm and press option 1.
For recalls and long term condition reviews please use AskmyGp during service hours or call the recalls department Monday – Thursday 9am-1pm and press option 4.
All other enquires please call the reception team 8am – 6.30pm and press option 3.

Please ensure your mobile numbers are up to date on your record so you can receive your booking link. Please be aware there are some fraudulent messages being sent, our message will not ask you for any payment details only to confirm your date of birth.
The clinics are being held at the Franklin Hall in Spilsby. We are not able to offer any other venue at this time due to the guidance we have received. We are not involved in the delivery of these vaccines and are relying on NHS England telling us when they will be delivered.
Please be aware our staff will be redirected in order for us to assist with this roll out and therefore our services may be reduced. If your enquiry is non urgent you may be required to contact us at a later date.

We are closed on the first Wednesday of every month for training from 1pm.

We can only reply to AskmyGP requests during opening hours. If you require further assistance/advice outside of our opening times or before a response has been received please ring 111 or 999 in an emergency.
