Merton Lodge surgery aligns with the NHS about abuse towards our staff. We have zero tolerance for abusive, violent or aggressive behaviour.
We will take action against any patient who’s behaviour is abusive, intimidating, threatening or aggressive.
Our staff come to work to care for others, they have a right to work without fear, abuse and intimidation from our service users.
