You can contact our medical secretaries by phone between 2pm-4pm Monday-Friday for test results or you can contact us anytime 24-7 online. You won’t receive a response out of hours, but you’ll have peace of mind that you will be responded to as soon as we can, without queuing on the phone!
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we can only release test results to the person to whom they relate to, unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
When you have your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice. Allow 14 days for blood tests & urine tests.
It is your responsibility to check your results and or to make an appointment to discuss them with your clinician, if your are advised to do so.
